  • Account Receivables & Reconciliation: Follow up on Payment Dues/Receivables as per predefined credit terms. Ledger Reconciliation & Credit/Debit Adjustment, Claims Invoice Processing.
  • Dispatch/Delivery & Dispute Management: Tracking and maintaining predefined TAT. Order Processing for Customer/Partners with End to End coordination & Creating Performa Invoice. After-sales support and service for Customer’s/Partner’s & KSP’s
  • Analytics: Analytical Skills with competency in Excel/Google Sheets/MIS & Reconciliation.
  • Distributor/Vendor Management: Provide support for Distributors/Vendor’s, Coordinate with Distributors for Query resolution. Inventory Management, Planning, Replenishment for Distributor’s/Vendor’s for Customer billing.
  • Partnership Management: Laisse with partner’s operations teams to ensure delivery needs are met on the specified TAT deadlines. Understand partner needs and identify areas of operational improvement within the company. Process Development & Implementation as per Business Requirement.
  • Document Managing: Agreements/Addendum for (Customer/Partner/Distributor & CFA).

 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Work Experience: 4+ years of experience in a supply chain and logistics environment.
  • Must demonstrate strong knowledge in Account receivables, Ledger Reconciliation & delivery coordination of products and services to the rural communities in India.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Must demonstrate a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to Manage Distributor’s/Partner’s and Customer’s and Internal & External, teams.
  • Highly analytical with a high degree of competency in ERP, Excel/Google Sheets, BI software (Looker, Microsoft BI, Tableau) and other analytical tools.
  • MBA, B. Science/ Master’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or equivalent.
  • An adept communicator who has the ability to clearly explain complex issues to third parties.
  • Open to travel 15% of the time.
