Position: Area Sales Representative

Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager

The Role:
We are looking for hard-working, well organized, highly motivated individuals to join our EasyBuy Direct sales force as an Area Sales Representative.

Key responsibilities for the role include:

  • 100% Achievement of Set Sales Targets by SKU within area managed
  • Ensure weekly, Monthly Quarterly and Yearly reports are accurate and submitted within agreed timelines. 
  • Being part of formulation of sales strategies and implementation of the same through the trade. 
  • 100% achievement of set targets for recruitment of Key Sun King Retail outlets, within the region. 
  • Ensure Compliance of set rules and procedures across general trade. 
  • Oversee implementation of recommended channel margins and pricing structures structure
  • Ensure Visibility in the trade is high and as per agreed picture of success at all outlets.
  • Manage the resources assigned to ensure desired results are achieved. 
  • Ensure that all cost and expenses are kept within acceptable levels and within budget.

 The ideal Area Sales Representative:

  • Diploma in any business related course
  • 2 to 5 years’ hands on experience in Direct Selling in a Service or FMCG/renewable energy industry 
  • Computer literate.
  • Customer Care experience
