  • Responsible for meeting the goals/targets set for Sales and Conversion, new post office expansion.
  • On boarding new field staff and Training & mentoring them (AMs and Promoters)
  • Maintaining rapport with all the higher officials in the IP structure
  • Leading the expansion and ramping it to maximum coverage within the deadline
  • Lead Generation
  • Ensuring adherence of SOP by Promoters and AEs
  • Initiating and suggesting Marketing activities
  • Identifying new districts/ Post offices to expand to
  • Implementing the retail app to keep stock and sales updated at all times
  • Addressing & providing 100% resolution to service issues/delivery issues for IP
  • making sure marketing collateral is available to the field team.
  • Branding post offices with banners/ standees / display stands.
  • Managing and ensuring daily reporting of field staff, conducting monthly review meets
  • Organizing events/ marketing campaigns at India post branches
  • New products launch and marketing onground
  • Increase team productivity & use new tech & apps to drive and monitor salesdaily
